I began this company after learning more about brain science as a young mom of 4. As a mom, it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. I was trying too hard to do it all, to be it all, to control it all and I was too hard on myself. I was overwhelmed, hurting and my mind was a mess. I had heard Dr. Eve Rosno speak on the power of our thoughts as a young mom at a MomCo. God planted a seed in me that day, although I didn't know it at the time, that seed would eventually grow into a mission of helping women with the renewal of their minds.

Our mind is a superpower, it can heal and harm. We tend to think that our thoughts = truth, but that is not the case. I learned to notice when I was "speaking" harmfully to myself. I noticed the same thought coming up time and again. And also notice when what I'm thinking is just a thought and not true or good.

Plains + Simple was born from a simple soap container at my kitchen sink that reminded me to be grateful as I wash the dishes. From that first Gratitude Bottle came towels, cards, totes, and other items created to live beautifully within your home and life. Products created to bring moments of encouragement, positivity, and Jesus into our everyday habits. Thank you for the privilege of allowing me to bring encounters with Jesus to your home and family.
